Our restacking equipment is designed to optimize the printing and labelling processes using our range of products but can of course also be applied to any process that involves restacking. Depending on the type of proces, the restacker can operate in stand alone version or as an integrated version. Our basic collection restacking equipment is listed below, alterations and additonal options exist. Alternatively customer specific designs can be made should a specific need be addressed.

Our P7 cup re-stacker can hold up to 10 stacks with a standard length of 1100mm, and operates at speeds up to 600 cups per minute. Our standard model is adjustable in height to support variances in the supply height.

A user friendly HMI screen is used to control the re-stacker and as such a quick conversion to other products is achieved.

Additonal modules for sealing of the stacks can be supplied along with various options in geometry.

Our P4 lid re-stacker can hold up to 10 stacks with a standard length of 650mm, and operates at speeds up to 450 lids per minute. Our standard model is adjustable to support variances in the supply height.

As with the P7 cup re-stacker, a user friendly HMI screen is used to control the re-stacker allowing quick conversion to other products.

Also here, additonal modules for sealing of the stacks can be supplied along with various options in geometry.
